According to Globo Esporte, Santos have found a partner to pay most of the player’s wages and sent an official proposal to the representative of the attacker, Marisa Alija. Robinho has been offered a monthly salary of around €135,000 but the name of the company is kept secret. Santos are optimistic about an agreement and dreams to announce his third return to the club on Tuesday at Vila Belmiro during the 2016 uniform launch event. Santos are even considering the possibility of releasing a line of products inspired by the player, and this idea has already been discussed with Kappa, the new supplier of the club’s sporting goods. The sale of Geuvânio to Tianjin Songjiang for €11 million can help in Robinho’s return to. With the amount received, Santos want to discard any delay of wages, and may even offer other bonuses upon signing the contract, to attract the 31-year-old. Current Santos coach Dorival Júnior and Robinho worked together at the club in 2010, when they won the Campeonato Paulista and Copa do Brasil.
