The current Brazilian national team captain came to Barcelona in 2013 from Santos, and recently reached 100 official appearances with the club.
In an interview with the official club website, Neymar, who helped the Catalans to complete a treble last season along with Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez, talks about his short and long term objectives. Neymar, who is suspended for the first two rounds of Brazil"s World Cup qualifiers, also insists his life has changed a lot since the transfer to Camp Nou. He said: “My adaptation to the team has come quite easily. I did get a lot of help from the club, my teammates, the city, my family… I want to continue making history in Barcelona; I want to win more titles. We had a great season winning the treble, and this [season] is more difficult. We have to do more than we have been to beat our opponents."
He added: “I changed my game and my life, both for the better. The city helps me a lot and I"m very happy. Messi and Suárez? I think we surprised people. Some said we wouldn"t get along well, but I knew they were wrong."
