Juventus are considering moves for Atlético de Madrid defender Guilherme Siqueira and FC Porto’s Alex Sandro, according to reports.

The website of respected Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claims that the Serie A holders are in the market for a new left full-back and have three options under observation.

As well Siqueira and Alex Sandro, Monaco’s France international Layvin Kurzawa is understood to be a target.

Of the three, Siqueira is believed to be the most likely candidate. Atlético have brought Filipe Luís back to the club from Chelsea as an alternative and Di Marzio claims that Juventus already have agreed personal terms with the player.

To secure Alex Sandro or Kurzawa would be a more complicated operation. Both have high valuations and Juventus, despite the departure of Arturo Vidal to Bayern Munich, need funds free to continue their pursuit of Schalke 04 midfielder Julian Draxler.

Siqueira’s contract with Atlético runs until June 2018, but he is an attractive proposition, given that he has already spent time in Italy with Internazionale, Lazio, Ancona and Udinese.

The 29 year-old was signed by Atlético from Granada for a reported fee of €10 million in July 2014 and went on to make 37 appearances in all competitions last season.
