Attacking midfielder Cícero Santos has moved to Fluminense after a disappointing spell in Qatar.
The 30 year old has had three previous loan spells at ‘Fluzão’ and is extremely popular with their fans. In his previous spells at the club he had the knack of making an impact in the important matches.
He is best known to European football fans for his spell at Hertha BSC. He will now compete with the likes of Ronaldinho for a starting place in the Fluminense midfield.
