The Brazil legend says he is eager to get going with an “interesting project” after being put in charge of the Indian Super League side
Real Madrid and Brazil legend Roberto Carlos has been named head coach of Indian Super League side Delhi Dyamos. The World Cup winner will take over from Harm van Veldhoven for the 2015 season, which begins in October. Delhi finished fifth in 2014, but Carlos will seek to challenge inaugural champions Chennaiyin FC as he gets to work in what he calls an interesting project. Carlos said through his Instagram account: “I want to inform you that I am the new coach of Delhi dynamos in India. It is an interesting project of a growing club! I’m very happy to be part of this club!”
