As per the qualifying schedule announced by CONMEBOL, Argentina and Brazil will meet for their first game on 13th November.
Brazil’s Copa América quarter-final elimination means that the final two games of Neymar’s four-match ban handed to him by CONMEBOL will now be carried over into their 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign with the Barça man likely to return for game three against Argentina. As things stand, he will have served his ban after the second of Brazil’s eighteen South American qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, which are scheduled to be played in October and November 2017.
