São Paulo have announced that they have agreed to sell 21-year-old Brazilian midfielder Rodrigo Caio to Valencia.
Rodrigo Caio is represented by the agency run by Jorge Mendes, who has a big influence at Valencia, although the midfielder had previously been heavily linked with Atlético Madrid. will pay an initial €12.5 million for the Brazil youth international and could eventually cough up a further €4m in add-ons. The holding midfielder is set to make his way to Valencia next week to undergo a medical and put pen to paper.
