Cafu, Deco, Edmílson, Giováne Élber, Raí and Zico to be involved in Ultimate Champions Match

A host of former Brazilian players are set to be involved in the Ultimate Champions Match on Friday.

The contest, which will be held in front of the Brandenburg Gate, is between a World All-Stars XI and a team comprising of Juventus and Barcelona legends.

Those two outfits will compete in Saturday’s UEFA Champions League Final, with this match considered a curtain raiser before the main event at Olympiastadion Berlin.

In total, their will be five Brazilians playing a part. Zico will manage the Juve & Barça Legends, with Deco and Edmílson competing on that team.

For the World All-Stars, who Ryan Giggs and Peter Schmeichel will coach, Giováne Élber, Raí and Cafu will feature, with 25 UEFA Champions League winners’ medals spread across all the players involved.
