Eliminated from the Copa do Brazil last week, when they were defeated 3-0 at home by Criciuma, Bragantino are now focusing all their attention on the beginning of the second division of the Brazilian Championship. The alvinegro start their campaign on May 9 against Clube de Regatas Brasil, away in Alagoas.
And former Braga striker Luis Erick, expected to star for the Paulista club this season, confirmed that his side are itching to get started on their league campaign.
“We are looking forward to the start of Serie B. We have to try to make it a great competition for ourselves and we want to start this journey with victory over CRB.
