The Brazilian concedes he is not certain where his long-term future lies after excelling for Monaco throughout this campaign.
Monaco full-back Fabinho admits he is flattered to hear rumours suggesting he is a prime target to replace Dani Alves at Barcelona. The Brazilian has emerged as a key component in Leonardo Jardim’s side since joining from Rio Ave on loan, originally in the summer of 2013. He was quoted in GOAL: “I saw in a newspaper that I was on a list of five full-backs who interests Barcelona, but I have not said anything. I don’t know about my future. It is good when your name is associated with Barcelona but I am focused on Monaco. Barcelona are stronger with all their stars. We are a very young team, with less experience. Barcelona are always there to win it all.”
