Sandro has refused to blame former manager Harry Redknapp for Queens Park Rangers" struggles this season.

The midfielder, who was signed by Redknapp from Tottenham Hotspur for a reported fee of €12.6 million in September 2014, believes everyone involved with QPR this term will be to blame, if they are relegated.

"I don’t think it’s fair to blame him [Redknapp]," he said, as reported by website Mail Online. "I’m never going to put everything on the coach or the players, it is half and half because everyone has to pull together. If we don’t stay up it’s not [current manager] Chris’s [Ramsey] fault, not just our fault, it’s everyone together."

QPR are currently 18th in the Premier League – two points adrift of Hull City in 17th. Ramsey’s side lost narrowly 1-0 to Chelsea on Sunday and will see their fate decided on games with West Ham United (H), Liverpool (A), Manchester City (A), Newcastle United (H) and Leicester City (A).

Ramsey was brought in to replace Redknapp in February after a run of just one win in eight and lost a further five games in a row before beating West Bromwich Albion 4-1 earlier this month.

For Sandro, it has also been a season of frustration from a personal point of view. After featuring quite frequently under Redknapp, he missed 14 Premier League games in a row due to a knee injury.

He only managed to return to the first-team in the 2-1 loss to Arsenal in March, but has been ever-present since.
