The 23 year-old scored his second goal for the Selecao in Sunday’s 1-0 win over Chile and speaking after the match, was eager to thank Dunga for trusting him.

“He’s the one who called me up into the national side for the first time, so he’s an important figure for me,” he said, as reported by website ca2015. “He and the other members of the squad made my first stint with Brazil easy – it really was a great experience.”
