DIS, the company which owned 40% of the Brazilian star’s rights when he played for Santos, has sent a written demand to all parties and persons involved in the deal.

Specifically, Barcelona, Santos, N&N (the company owned by Neymar’s family), and the respective people in charge of these organisations have been given until 30th April to justify a series of transactions outlined in the document and to adjust the quantity that DIS is owed corresponding to their percentage. However, DIS is not stopping there and has used two law firms to announce that, “given that Neymar publicly acknowledged the existence of an offer of €120 million, we reserve the right to claim €41.16m”, in reference to Real Madrid’s bid to sign the forward.
