The Seleção boss says his side have rediscovered their self-belief after Thursday’s 3-1 victory over France in Paris.

Since succeeding Luiz Felipe Scolari after their shock semi-final defeat to Germany, Dunga has led the Seleção on a seven-match winning streak – one which Dunga says is owed to their hard work and a new balance to the side. He told: “These good results are the fruits of work and determination you put into everyday life. We played well and we tried to play with speed. We kept our shape well, we were compact. We also had good possession. We committed preventable errors, especially on set-pieces, but once we rectified that, we found the right balance and we got the win. For the Chile game we’ll see which players are fatigued. But we cannot change everyone. We will keep our core.”
