Former Liverpool player John Aldridge is concerned that the club are relying too heavily on one player.

Philippe Coutinho has been in sensational form since the start of 2015 and has created more chances than any other Liverpool player (25). Aldridge believes that Liverpool should not depend on the Brazilian too much.

“There is a little problem brewing here, in that if you keep Coutinho quiet, you keep Liverpool quiet. United kept Coutinho quiet on Sunday, and [Daniel] Sturridge had nothing to work off," Aldridge wrote in his Liverpool Echo column.

Manchester United beat Liverpool 2-1 on Sunday which puts them in pole position in the race for the last Champions League spot.
