Premier League teams in England are beginning to reap the rewards from putting their trust in Brazilian players as new stats indicate.

At the summit of the Premier League Diego Costa remains at the top of the goalscoring charts with 17 league goals this season. His hefty €40 million fee being repayed week by week.

It is interesting to note that even without Costa’s goals Chelsea would still have more goals than 14 of the Premier League teams with 37. This is due to the great form of Oscar. His partnership with Eden Hazard has produced 17 goals or assists in the last 12 games.

Another Brazilian who is beginning to show his worth is Lucas Leiva. In the 12 games that he has missed Liverpool have lost 8 of them.

With Coutinho and Ramires also beginning to show signs of form it seems as if the Brazilian contingent are here to stay.
