The future of PSG defender Marquinhos remains uncertain after his agent revealed an interest in the player from a number of different clubs.
Giuliano Bertolucci told RMC that one of the clubs in question is Manchester United.
“The president of PSG said that Marquinhos was not for sale last summer. We’ll see what he thinks in June. Many clubs want him and among them, Manchester United. What is certain, is that Marquinhos wants to become the best defender in the world.”
Marquinhos was rumoured to be unhappy at PSG last month after failing to oust either David Luiz or Thiago Silva in the centre of defence. He has since played the last several weeks in the right back position and has put in some impeccable performances.
