Neymar has told reporters that he is not even bothered about Real Madrid’s results as the Spanish title race hots up.
Barcelona closed the gap on Real to a single point over the weekend after beating Atheltic Bilbao 5-2. Meanwhile, Real Madrid lost 4-0 to rivals Atletico Madrid. Neymar was once again on the scoresheet and said that Barcelona just have to concentrate on their own game from now on.
“We have to look at ourselves. I do not care about others. We are trying to do our job.”
Neymar recently celebrated his 23rd birthday and will now want to cap the year by winning some silverware. He will be aware that to win the title he will have to help his team mates defeat Real Madrid in the second El Clasico in late March.
