Tottenham doesn’t seem to be interested in letting him go on loan.
Signed from Corinthians for £17 million after an impressive Confederations Cup in 2013, Paulinho hasn’t been able to cement his place in the Spurs lineup since André Villas-Boas’ departure. According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà, AC Milan are the latest club to have made an approach for him but Spurs again rejected the loan offer. Milan see Paulinho as an ideal player for their midfield but Tottenham are believed to be holding out for a relatively higher fee, so that they can recycle at least a part of what they invested in him. Recall that the English club had also turned down loan proposals from Brazilian clubs Cruzeiro and Corinthians.
