It seems as if Neymar has well and truly adapted to Spanish football as his goal scoring tally goes up and up.

The 22 year old took some time to fully hit form last season but persevered to finish with 17 goals during the season. With four months of the current campaign left to play, Neymar has already reached that tally and looks well set to reach the 30 goal mark that all great strikers strive for.

What may come as a surprise to many is that Neymar has only completed 90 minutes on 11 occasions as he has often been substituted by coach Luis Enrique. This suggests that Barcelona’s manager is doing his utmost to nurture a player who isn’t yet 23.

For now the tactic seems to be working and the Brazilian star appears to be enjoying football more than ever.
