Santos are hoping to complete the signing of Guilherme from Atlético Mineiro in the coming days.

As revealed by Globo Esporte, Santos sent an offer to have Guilherme who has a contract at Galo until March. Santos are hoping to complete the deal soon for the player they were offered last November but couldn’t sign due to the elections. The offer for Guilherme was made last week but negotiations didn’t progress due to the troubled time Santos are living behind the scenes. They’ve already signed Chiquinho and have a deal in place for Ricardo Oliveira and the return of Elano.
