Head Coach Alexandre Gallo has named a 26 man squad for the 2015 South American Youth Football Championship.
The under-20 tournament, which is hosted by Uruguay and runs from 15th January to 7th February, was won by Brazil in 2007, 2009 and 2011, but they were knocked out in the group stages, as Colombia were victorious in Argentina two years ago.
This time around, Brazil have been drawn in Group B alongside the holders Colombia, as well as hosts Uruguay, Chile and Venezuela.
In Group A, Argentina are up against Peru, Paraguay, Bolivia and Ecuador.
Brazil’s first match is at Estadio Domingo Burgueño in Maldonado on 15th January, where they will face Chile.
