Fiorentina’s Brazilian goalkeeper Neto has announced that he will not extend his contract and will leave the Italian club.
As mentioned in Brazilian paper Lance!, the most likeliest destination of Neto should be Liverpool who are in search of a replacement for Mignolet. Neto is free to sign a pre-contract with any club now and had also confirmed that the decision to not renew wasn’t influenced by money. AS Roma and Juventus are also said to be keen on the goalkeeper.
Neto came through Brazilian club Atlético Paranaense in the winter of 2011. He was included in the Brazilian team that won the silver medal in 2012 Olympic Games.
