São Paulo have completed the signing of 20-year-old forward Daniel who was playing for Botafogo.
Daniel is recovering from a knee ligament injury, and was so close to joining Palmeiras, but failed his medical. After undergoing examinations, the club’s medical staff advised not to sign the contract. Daniel had went to court for delays in payment by Botafogo and got the order to terminate his contract.
Daniel expressed his happiness on signing for Tricolor and joins other recruitments Thiago Mendes, Breno, Bruno and Carlinhos.
