Cruzeiro’s attacking-midfielder and Brasileirão MVP Éverton Ribeiro hopes to be part of the national team for next year’s Copa América in Chile.
Although Éverton has been a regular name ever since Dunga took charge, he’s aware of Dunga’s policy and says everyone should play well to book a place in the team.
He told the official website of Copa América: “Dunga made it clear that regardless of name or position, or how often you have played in the past, whoever is in form will play. It would be an honour just to play in the Copa América.”
Éverton also confirmed that he’ll be at Cruzeiro next year and would only leave for a great club where he’ll continue being seen and valued.
