Cruzeiro forward Ricardo Goulart denied receiving a proposal from Mexican club Cruz Azul who took part in the FIFA Club World Cup.
There were reports from Mexico that Cruz Azul have made an offer to sign Ricardo Goulart but the player hopes to fulfill his contract and expects an even more stronger Cruzeiro in 2015. He was quoted by Globo Esporte: “I have a contract with Cruzeiro now, so let’s enjoy the party because 2015 is a new year! I know that Cruzeiro will remain stronger and fight for titles in 2015.”
Cruzeiro also denied getting any polls for Goulart, let alone a proposal. He was one of the main highlights of this year’s Brasileirão and registered 15 goals.
