Brazilian coach Dunga issued a rallying cry to his players yesterday by telling them that he expects nothing but the best in upcoming friendlies.
In the past, Brazilian players have relaxed when playing friendlies but Dunga doesn"t want lazy players in his squad.
“The goal is to qualify for the World Cup. But, Brazil, in the case of Brazil, is already preparing. People say that a friendly is worthless. But the [upcoming] America"s Cup is an official competition and I will only pick players who have performed in training."
Dunga has a reputation for having a short temper. It seems as if players in the Seleção will have to be on the top of their game to avoid it.
