Only 15 days later, there is a new party at the Pereira’s family home. After Ricardo Goulart won the Brazilian Championship with Cruzeiro, his two year old brother, Juninho, former São Paulo, has won on Sunday the Major League Soccer (MLS) and helped his team, the Los Angeles Galaxy to beat the New England Revolution by 2-1 in overtime after tie at 1-1 in regulation.

With the cup, the Los Angeles Galaxy reaches five titles and becomes the greatest champion of the MLS, having won three of the last four seasons – Sporting Kansas City won in 2013. DC United has four titles.

The striker Gyasi Zardes scored the first goal for the Galaxy after 7 minutes of the second half. The defensive midfielder Chris Tierney equalized for the Revs in the 34th minutes of the second half, leading the duel for the overtime. In extra time, who shone and decided the game and the title was the Irish veteran Robbie Keane. The striker sent the ball into the net after 6 minutes into the second half and made the crowd of the Los Angeles team to explode at the Stubhub Center, in Carson (California).
