Brazil coach Dunga has called for his fringe players to step up and impress ahead of the visit to Turkey this evening.

The Selecao have won all four games since the caoch took over for his second stint in charge after the World Cup, and the former captain has selected the likes of Luiz Adriano, Anderson Talisca and Douglas Costa in his squad for the upcoming friendlies.

Speaking to reporters ahead of the game in Istanbul, Dunga said: ‘We hear a lot about the quality of the team and the players, and we need to realise how many good players are on our side. We want to create healthy competition within the team.

‘We will analyse each player point by point and and we will talk to them [individually] if there are any issues with them.

‘We have observed the attitudes of the players with the clubs and they need to get here and show their personality."
