Paulinho has once again been left out of the Tottenham side as they face Astera Tripolis in the Europa League.
The Brazil international has failed to secure a place in the first team for Premier League and has once again been overlooked for the side that travels to Greece this evening.
Paulinho, who has been restricted to just 30 minutes of Premier League action this term, is part of the substitutes’ bench for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
