Sao Paulo playmaker Kaka talked up the squad’s capabilities ahead of the meeting with Elemec in the Copa Sudamericana on Wednesday.
Sao Paulo, who are currently second in the Brasileirao, have a 4-2 lead from the first leg of their semi-final tie, and Kaka thinks that they can finish the job in Ecuador.
He told the club’s official website: ‘Our form is very good, and we are growing together at the right time. The team has a strong group, even with the rotation of the players.
‘We have already had a few suspensions and injuries but the group has adapted and found a way to play.’
Sao Paulo are unbeaten since October 12.
