The trial for Bastia striker Brandao has been set for November 27 by the Paris Criminal Court.
The Brazilian was given a six-month ban in September, after he was caught on camera headbutting Paris Saint-Germain’s Thiago Motta in the tunnel after their game back in August.
The PSG midfielder’s nose was broken during the incident, but Brandao has always denied that the attack was premediatated.
Brandao has appealed the 21-game sanction he receieved, and will present his case to the French Football Federation on Tuesday.
