Porto midfielder Casemiro is eager to impress after earning a recall to the Brazil national team.
The 22 year-old, who has five caps, last played for the Seleção in a 4-3 friendly win over Argentina in June 2012 and is delighted to be back in the fold.
“I am very happy, it’s impossible to feel any better,” he told Globo Esporte.
“Of course you are always hoping to represent their country. I was at lunch with my team-mates when I heard the news, Danilo told me and he also spoke to Alex Sandro. And then I received messages from my friends and family.”
“I’d say I’m more experienced now, I’m only 22 but I have matured after playing in Europe for almost two years.
“Dunga had a great will and determination on the pitch. It will be a pleasure to work with him and I hope I will learn many things.”
