Brazil have been drawn in Group B alongside holders Colombia for the 2015 U-20 South American Championship.

The Seleção Sub-20, who last won the tournament in 2011, will also face Chile, Uruguay and Venezuela in Group B. Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Peru are in Group A.

The U-20 South American Championship is held every two years. The 2015 edition will be hosted by Uruguay and has added incentives for the nations involved.

The teams who finish in the top four places will qualify for the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup, while the winners, excluding Brazil, earn a place at the 2016 Summer Olympics. The runners-up also get a chance to qualify, but they must face a representative from CONCACAF in a play-off.
