Brazil head coach Dunga has confirmed he will give Everton Ribeiro, Philippe Coutinho and Ricardo Goulart every chance to make the national team shirt their own, and not add new players to every squad he announces.

The former Internacional boss was asked whether Sao Paulo’s Paulo Henrique Ganso could be given an opportunity soon, and replied by backing the three playmakers he recently called up.

Dunga spoke to Fox Sports, he said: “Everton, Coutinho and Goulart have been at their best level for two years.

“Of course it depends on your point of view but I have to be coherent.

“The others have to wait. If somebody stands up from the chair, another can sit down. We have to analyze many things.”

Dunga is looking to see how the players performance under pressure, if they can bounce back from missing opportunities and many more.

He added: “How do players perform under pressure? Have they already had a chance? Did they make the most of it? Did they have a second chance? Did they make the most of it? We have to analyze everything. You have to perform over an extended period.”
