Flamengo forward Eduardo has noted that Brazilian football is gaining more coverage in Croatia and Ukraine.

The influx of Brazilian players to Eastern Europe over recent years has seemingly led to a growing local interest in the country’s domestic football and Eduardo admits he has seen an increased desire to watch the Brasileirao.

“I always wanted to watch the games, but they were never on TV – they’d only show the goals,” he told FIFA.com.

“No one showed much interest in the Brazilian championship, though over the last three or four years you’ve been able to catch games live in the Ukraine and Croatia.”
