Brazil goalkeeper Jefferson has insisted it is important his country treat Colombia like a team and don’t just see them for the individual star players they possess.

The two countries go head to head tomorrow night and Dunga’s team can expect to face new Manchester United forward Falcao, as well as Real Madrid’s James Rodríguez.

Botafogo goalie Jefferson will not just be focusing on those two players, though.

Goal.com quoted the 31-year-old, he said: “We cannot be narrow-minded because there are 11 players, and we have to attend to all of them.

“I cannot be thinking only about them because, otherwise, other players can make a difference. But of course there is a special look at players of an above-average level of skill.”

Falcao and James are definitely players of an “above-average level of skill” but Brazil will be hoping the likes of Neymar, Coutinho and Oscar can inspire the new era to start with a win.
