David Luiz has revealed that Paris Saint-Germain’s objective is to win the Champions League.

The Brazilian believes winning the biggest club competition in football would mean the club have achieved their “dream”.

The 27-year-old was discussing his move to the Paris club with Telefoot and he also revealed that international team mate Thiago Silva played a part in his decision.

Goal.com quoted Luiz, he said: “I talked a lot with Thiago Silva and the coach, Laurent Blanc.

“My decision was easy. PSG were made for me.

“The great objective is the Champions League. It’s the dream here.”

Luiz will hope he can help the club achieve that dream and be alongside fellow Brazilian Silva at the heart of PSG’s success.
