Neymar takes part in ice bucket challenge and calls on Juan Camilo Zúñiga to continue the campaign
Brazil forward Neymar has taken part in the new craze taking the internet by storm – the ice bucket challenge.
The campaign to pour a bucket filled with ice water over your head was lunched by the ALS Foundation to raise money and awareness to fight the disease.
The Barcelona star posted a video of himself pouring the iced water over his head and called for pop star Niall Horan from One Direction, former Brazil team-mate Robinho and Colombia midfielder Juan Camilo Zúñiga to continue the campaign.
Neymar has built a good rapport with Robinho since they were together at Santos and having spent time together with the Brazil national team, while he has recently developed a friendship with One Direction singer Horan.
The 22-year-old’s decision to call on Zúñiga, the player who ended Neymar’s World Cup campaign through injury, to continue the challenge shows he doesn’t have hold any bad feelings towards the Colombian.
And Zúñiga duly obliged to continue the campaign by posting a video of himself and his Napoli team-mates pouring the cold water on himself.
