Kaka and Alan Kardec to return for Sao Paulo against Palmeiras
Sao Paulo boss Muricy Ramalho is expected to welcome back to of his most prominent names to face Palmeiras later on this evening as the team aim to bounce back from a shock Copa do Brasil defeat to Bragatino.
Both Kaka and Alan Kardec are available for Tricolor again and are more than likely to get the nod to keep within seven points of leaders and defending champions Cruzeiro, with 14 league games gone already.
New Sao Paulo signing Michel Bastos does not yet have the requisite fitness to be considered for selection, whilst opponents Palmeiras are looking for a first league win in seven.
The Ricardo Gareca-led side currently sit in 14th place in the Brasileirao table and last spoke of winning three points at home to Figueirense on May 22.
