The agent of Brazil international Robinho believes his client could still return to AC Milan, once he has concluded his loan at Santos.
The 30-year-old recently joined Santos on a 12-month loan deal after months of speculation linking him with a switch away from the San Siro.
However, somewhat surprisingly, his agent believes he could “technically” return to his former club.
Football Italia quoted Marisa Ramos, who said: “It is still too early to talk about Robinho.
“But technically it is correct that he could return to Milan.
“Were his loan not to be extended then he would return to the Rossoneri in 12 months’ time.”
A lot could change in 12 months but for the time being Robinho wil be hoping to impress with his current club and do enough to earn an international recall.
The Brazilian has only appeared once for Santos yet but will hope to start scoring for his old side soon.
