After a trophy-less season last time out, the Brazilian left-back has emphasised that his new club are aiming for the quadruple this season.

Filipe Luís is confident of success under manager José Mourinho this term.

“Chelsea are setting out to win everything this season – we have a top-quality team here,” the 29-year-old is quoted as saying by the Daily Mirror.

“You can tell that the players are all friends with one another, and that has helped me to adapt here.

“I had a very good reception and everyone is very modest. I am crazy about being able to play in the Premier League.

“It is the only league in the world where there are five teams with equal chances of competing for the title. England is the ideal place for me – and Chelsea is the best team.”
