Seleção Under-20 Head Coach Alexandre Gallo believes Germany can be an example for Brazil, though believes it is unlikely that their planning could be directly copied.

The tactician, who has managed Santos in the past, notes that a lack of patience would make it difficult for Brazil to put in to place similar ideas used by their European counterparts, even if their initiatives would be beneficial.

“There’s no doubt their success is the result of hard work and planning,” he told FIFA.com. “It’s something that has been dealt with calmly and patiently.

“With Brazilians, who are a very passionate people, it is hard to have that. Any coach who has worked in Brazil has faced this problem. It’s the way people think about football here.”
