Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk defender Douglas Bacelar believes that his side have every opportunity to advance to the next round of the Champions League as they prepare to face FC Kobenhavn in a second leg match this coming Wednesday.

Douglas, who moved to the Ukranian outfit in January 2013 from Vasco da Gama, will line-up in the Danish capital aiming to protect a 0-0 first leg scoreline from last week’s third round opener.

He told reporters ahead of the match: “It was my first game in the Champions League. It was very good, I always wanted to play in this competition and it was the realisation of a dream.”

“We have a full chance of getting through this stage of the competition, despite playing away from home.”

“It will be a tough game but we will be prepared to overcome all kinds of difficulties.”

Douglas, 23, is one of three Brazilians in the Dnipro squad, alongside midfielder Leo Matos and forward Matheus.
