The Brazilian is looking for a new club after his contract with Atlético-MG was terminated and the Daily Express have reported that QPR are considering making a move to sign the 34-year-old legend on a free transfer.
QPR already have Júlio Cesar on their books having recalled him from a loan spell at Toronto FC and Brazilian source GloboEsporte believe that Ronaldinho, who has never played in the Premier League, is open to a move to Loftus Road.
Ronaldinho is said to be looking to play on for another eight years and his brother and agent Roberto Assis has indicated that a decision on the player’s future will be made soon.
“He plays up to 42 and the future we will reveal to you on Wednesday,” said Assis.
Rangers, however, will face stiff competition for the player’s signature with Argentinian giants Boca Juniors, Brazilian club Fluminense, Turkish outfit Besiktas and FMLS side New York City all interested in signing the Brazilian.
