Former Brazil youth head coach Rogerio Lourenco has claimed that he never conversed with Dunga when he was in charge of the national team, claiming there was a lack of communication between the parties.
Speaking with Lance!, Lourenco said: “With all due respect to Dunga, he will have to change radically.”
“An official meeting or even a converstaion never happened between us. Dunga never came to me for anything.”
Lourenco won the South Americvan Youth Championships with Brazil in 2009, helping to guide the future careers of Douglas, Alan Kardec and Giuliano amongst others.
Former Brazil head coach Dunga is again in the running for the job he left in 2010, and is widely expected to be named as Luiz Felipe Scolari’s successor later on this afternoon.
