In an interview with Times of India, Brazil star Neymar has stressed that he does not care about who grabs the headlines- just as long as the World Cup hosts walk away from the tournament as winners for the sixth time.

The 22 year-old Barcelona man said: “I do not want to be the best player, I do not want to be the top scorer. All I want is the World Cup title.”

“No matter how it happens, I just want to win the title. All I want to do is play football and help my teammates and my team. Hopefully the dream ends with us winning the title.”

The forward has scored four goals so far in the competition and has long been labelled as the ‘great hope’ upon whom Brazil’s chances of glory rest.

Selecao next take on Colombia on Friday in Fortaleza in an intriguing Quarter Final where 53-times capped Neymar will hope to be fizzing all angles.
