The Chelsea midfielder tried to side step the subject of Luis Suarez"s alleged assault on Italy"s Giorgio Chiellini.

Replays of the incident in Uruguay"s game on Tuesday appear to show the Liverpool forward biting Chiellini"s shoulder.

In response to a question on Suarez in a press conference, Willian said: “I saw the thing. It"s not up to me or anyone [in the Brazil squad] to judge him. [There are] people to do that. We have to stay focused here on the squad and leave these things outside."

Asked what he would do if bitten by Suarez, Willian said: “It is difficult to speak, I do not know what I would do in the moment. But it"s weird in the middle of football, [to] get bitten on the pitch. Only those who have experience know what to do in the moment."
