Alex Firmin, the agent of Fiorentina midfielder Romulo, has admitted his clients future is unlikely to be resolved until next week.
The Italy international was excellent on loan at Hellas Verona last season and, as a result, has a number of clubs interested in his services.
But with Fiorentina still undecided on what they want to do with him, Firmin is unsure on what the future holds for Romulo.
"We’re going to have to wait a bit – probably until next week," he told JN24, as reported by Football Italia.
"As I said a week ago, it is probably better to ask [Verona sporting director Sean] Sogliano.
"We’re just waiting to see what happens. I haven’t spoken with Fiorentina or Verona."
