Gilmar Veloz, the agent of São Paulo forward Alexandre Pato, doubts his client will join Napoli.
Reports earlier today have linked the 24 year-old with a return to Italy, but Veloz is unaware of any interest from Napoli and admits a deal would be tough to put together.
“I can say immediately that it would be a very difficult situation, as it’s very unlikely São Paulo would release him,” he told CalcioNapoli24, as reported by Football Italia.
“The club worked so hard to get Pato and will do everything to keep hold of him if there is interest from a European club.
“I never heard from Napoli, if the club is interested then they know who to speak to, but I can already say from now it’d be tough…”
